, opened in Edinburgh a year ago and Sin-Ling wants to expand the business to offer a delivery service to rural Scotland and surrounding Isles.
Sin-Ling has already tested the idea on one area which was very successful and now wants to offer a delivery service to a wider area twice a month as well as renting a cottage for a week to provide a pop up restaurant.
Before opening the restaurant Sin-Ling studied Law followed by Consumer Product Design and then spent four years helping develop businesses in a variety of industries and has had some very successful results.
